Brosol Tech, a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Lahore, is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join its dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase overall business growth. This is an on-site, full-time role where you will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to optimize digital channels and deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
- Create, implement, and manage effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertisements.
- Develop and manage content strategies that support company objectives and drive brand awareness.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media insights.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve customer engagement, conversions, and lead generation.
- Audience Research & Segmentation:
- Perform in-depth audience research to understand consumer behavior and preferences.
- Segment target audiences and personalize campaigns to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Content Creation & Campaign Execution:
- Create engaging and informative content for different digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and more.
- Ensure the alignment of content with the overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborative Work:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and designers, to ensure consistent messaging and execution of campaigns.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Generate reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and deliver actionable recommendations to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation and customer engagement through digital channels.
- Skills:
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a creative mindset to craft compelling campaigns.
- Additional:
- Certifications in digital marketing or related areas are a plus.
