This full-time, on-site role in Lahore will involve engaging with potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and driving sales efforts. Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales Calls:

Engage potential customers through phone calls to introduce Vortex Wave FX’s products and services.
Conduct outbound sales calls to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
Build rapport with customers, assess their needs, and provide suitable solutions through effective communication.
Follow-up on leads, track interactions, and close deals to meet established sales goals.

Customer Service & Support:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and assistance.
Address concerns, queries, and complaints to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Offer tailored solutions based on customer needs, contributing to high-quality service and positive feedback.

Sales & Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
Document sales activities, maintain records of interactions, and report on customer feedback or market trends.
Provide recommendations for potential improvements in processes or customer engagement based on insights from calls.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer interactions and optimize sales strategies.
Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development programs to enhance sales skills and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Sales Experience: Proven experience in telesales, sales, or a related customer service field with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Training Ability: Demonstrated ability to train or mentor team members, especially those new to telesales.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a telesales or similar role is ideal.
