MaxusX, a cutting-edge digital marketing agency, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to help drive our client acquisition strategy through platforms like Upwork and other freelancing channels. This individual will play a key role in identifying potential clients, submitting compelling proposals, and supporting our sales efforts to convert leads into long-term business relationships. With US-based operations and a site office in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, we are looking for a motivated, proactive person to contribute to our expansion and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Upwork Profile Management:
- Optimize and manage MaxusX’s Upwork profile to attract high-quality clients.
- Monitor job postings regularly to identify relevant opportunities related to MaxusX’s digital marketing services.
- Proposal Writing:
- Craft tailored, engaging proposals that respond to client requirements on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Highlight MaxusX’s unique value propositions in services like SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Client Communication:
- Initiate and nurture conversations with potential clients through Upwork and other platforms.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, follow up effectively, and maintain engagement throughout the lead nurturing process.
- Lead Qualification:
- Evaluate potential clients to determine alignment with MaxusX’s services and the value they can bring.
- Maintain a well-organized pipeline of qualified leads to support the sales team’s conversion efforts.
- Database Management:
- Keep the CRM (e.g., HubSpot) up to date with accurate and detailed lead information.
- Segment leads by industry, company size, and potential business value to tailor follow-up strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track performance metrics and lead generation results on platforms like Upwork.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, identifying areas for improvement or adjustment.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and strategies.
- Coordinate with the content team to create engaging material for proposals and outreach messages.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Proven experience in lead generation, particularly on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot or other CRM software is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a focus on crafting compelling proposals and outreach messages.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data, track performance, and optimize strategies.
- Attention to detail and an ability to follow up on leads consistently and effectively.
- Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of the US market, particularly in the digital marketing domain.
- Awareness of lead generation best practices and trends, especially on freelancing platforms like Upwork.
