Infinitum Media is looking for motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialists to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will play an integral part in helping us grow our client base by generating leads, conducting outbound sales calls, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enjoys working in a target-driven environment, and has strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate sales calls to potential clients, pitching products and services, and aiming to convert leads into customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities and generate high-quality leads through various outreach methods.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, answering queries, offering solutions, and maintaining positive client relations.
- Building Rapport: Build lasting relationships with potential clients by actively listening and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Negotiation and Persuasion: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and increase sales revenue.
- Goal Achievement: Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and quotas to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contacts, and customer information using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service roles is required.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to initiate sales calls, engage clients, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Customer Service & Communication: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Negotiation: Proficient in negotiations with clients, aiming for a win-win outcome.
- Target-Oriented: Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Discuss other qualifications during the interview if applicable.)
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 90,000 basic salary with uncapped commissions based on performance.
- Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
