We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. As a performance marketer at Quaid Ventures, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing marketing initiatives across digital platforms. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving key business objectives, such as customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth, with a focus on measurable results and maximizing ROI.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aimed at business growth, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and increasing revenue.
  • Identify and segment target audiences, choosing the most effective digital channels to drive campaign success.

2. Campaign Management

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, including ad creation, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates, using data to optimize campaign performance.

3. Paid Advertising

  • Manage and optimize paid search (SEM), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), display ads, and other performance-driven marketing channels.
  • Work closely with the design team to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages focused on boosting conversion rates.

4. Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilize analytics tools to analyze data and generate reports across multiple marketing channels.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Identify emerging trends in the data and communicate findings to the marketing team and senior management.

5. Budget Management

  • Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Prioritize resources based on performance and strategic objectives.

6. A/B Testing and Experimentation

  • Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to continually improve results.
  • Explore and implement new ideas and tactics to boost performance and drive customer engagement.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with content, design, and development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with brand messaging and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated and seamless marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Expertise: Proficient in paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and A/B testing tools.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present strategies, results, and recommendations clearly to both peers and management.
  • Budget Management: Proven experience in managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that maximize ROI.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and open to new approaches.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.
