WALEE is at the forefront of driving innovation in the Martech space, and we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our product management function. This pivotal role will shape the development and execution of our product strategy, build scalable SaaS ecosystems, and ensure that we align our product offerings with business and market needs. You will be responsible for driving new product development, crafting strategic go-to-market plans, and continuously optimizing the product lifecycle to ensure long-term success in the competitive Martech industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Planning & Road Mapping:
    Lead the creation of a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining vision, priorities, and timelines. Ensure the roadmap is aligned with the company’s business goals and product growth strategy.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launch:
    Drive the development and execution of effective go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, sales, content, design) to ensure successful product launches, including audience planning and market research.
  • Product Development & Pipelining:
    Establish and optimize a product development pipeline using Agile methodologies such as User Stories. Employ prioritization frameworks like MoSCoW, RICE, or Kano to balance impact, cost, and effort in new feature development.
  • Processes & Systems Optimization:
    Implement agile frameworks and tools that support rapid product development, from ideation through to launch, focusing on scalability and innovation. Ensure systems are in place for continuous improvement post-launch.
  • Customer Insights & Continuous Improvement:
    Build robust systems for collecting and analyzing customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Use these insights to inform product development and continuously enhance features.
  • Market Opportunity Analysis:
    Monitor the market and assess new opportunities for expansion, identifying product enhancements based on data-driven insights.
  • Performance Monitoring & KPIs:
    Establish KPIs to evaluate product success, customer satisfaction, and market response. Leverage these metrics for iterative improvements and inform future product launches.
  • Competitive Analysis:
    Analyze market trends and competitors to guide product positioning and differentiation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management.
  • Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a track record of optimizing workflows and accelerating product cycles.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to align product vision with business strategy and market demands.
    • Experience in building product roadmaps and developing high-velocity product pipelines.
    • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
    • Proven ability to manage the complete product lifecycle and bring products to market successfully.
