We are seeking a full-time Editorial Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about international relations and the media industry. The successful candidate will contribute to the editorial process, research, and marketing efforts for the magazine.
Job Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write articles and features on current international relations, diplomacy, geopolitics, and global issues.
- Editorial Research: Assist in researching topics, verifying facts, and gathering information for articles.
- Marketing Assistance: Support marketing strategies by generating content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Digital Content Management: Contribute to maintaining content on the magazine’s digital platforms and help manage publishing schedules.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the editorial and marketing teams to help shape editorial content that aligns with the magazine’s objectives.
- Deadlines: Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and meet the editorial calendar’s deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
- Writing and Communication: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
- Research Abilities: Solid experience in conducting thorough research and ensuring accuracy in the content produced.
- Time Management: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital Media Skills: Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
- Interest in International Affairs: A genuine interest in international relations, diplomacy, and geopolitical trends.
