The role involves managing key financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of cash flows, payroll, tax compliance, and more, while leveraging our in-house CRM system for efficient financial management. Job Responsibilities

  • Cashflows & Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements.
    • Generate, analyze, and present accurate financial reports to management for decision-making.
  • Withholding Tax & Payroll Management:
    • Ensure timely calculation and deduction of withholding tax in compliance with legal requirements.
    • Process payroll, including tax deductions and benefits management, while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Expenditure Management:
    • Monitor and control company expenditures to align with the budget.
    • Verify and process invoices, payments, and ensure records are properly maintained.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts to guide business strategy.
    • Analyze financial data and suggest action points to ensure operational effectiveness and financial stability.
  • Bank Reconciliation:
    • Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure accurate records by resolving discrepancies.
    • Maintain detailed and organized financial transaction logs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent tools.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and other MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations, and payroll processes.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively.
    • Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance standards.
