Eat Brands is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage nationwide construction projects. This role involves supervising store, production facility, and branch development in line with the company’s expansion and growth objectives. The Project Manager will ensure that all projects are completed on time, meet high-quality standards, and are aligned with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in construction management and demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively coordinate resources and ensure successful project execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through to final delivery.
    • Oversee nationwide project activities including the development of stores, production facilities, and branch expansions in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Team and Subcontractor Management:
    • Supervise teams and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with the project schedule, quality expectations, and safety standards.
  • Timeline and Budget Management:
    • Develop and monitor detailed project timelines, budgets, and work programs to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
    • Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to keep the project on track.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Prepare detailed project reports, maintain comprehensive site records, and ensure all relevant documentation is completed accurately.
    • Monitor and document project progress, cost, quality, and safety.
  • Issue Resolution & Improvements:
    • Proactively resolve issues as they arise and implement continuous improvement processes to optimize outcomes and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Ensure that all project activities comply with applicable safety regulations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree or DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in project and construction management, with a focus on nationwide construction projects.
    • Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating the execution of large-scale construction activities.

Required Competencies & Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and hands-on project experience.
  • Strong ability to develop Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and extract quantities from technical drawings.
  • In-depth understanding of construction drawings, contracts, and documentation processes.
  • Expertise in safety procedures and risk management within the construction industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
