Sweepro Pakistan is looking to hire an Order Picker to join their logistics team at their Lahore location. This is a full-time, on-site role, offering an opportunity to play a critical part in managing and preparing customer orders for timely delivery. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Preparation: Select and prepare customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and organize inventory to ensure products are readily accessible for order fulfillment.
- Packing: Carefully pack items to minimize damage during transit and ensure order completeness.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Shipping Assistance: Assist in ensuring that orders are ready and properly labeled for shipment.
- Collaboration: Work alongside other team members to meet daily order targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking, packing, and verifying orders.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills to help manage inventory and track order quantities.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and punctuality to ensure seamless operations.
