As we expand, we are looking for an experienced PPC/Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns to drive growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Google Ads Management: Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns to meet Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lead generation objectives.
- Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities to maximize ad impact while minimizing Cost per Click (CPC).
- Ad Copywriting: Develop compelling and high-converting ad copy tailored to the target audience and business goals.
- Landing Page Optimization: Work with content and design teams to optimize landing pages for better user experience and higher conversion rates.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly track and analyze ad campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and provide insights through reports.
- Collaborate on SEM Strategy: Support the Product Marketing Manager in additional SEM tasks and strategy development.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, especially in a B2B environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, keyword research, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
- Landing Page Optimization: Proven experience with optimizing landing pages to increase conversions and improve ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Familiarity with performance tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and MS Clarity.
- Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Experience with other ad platforms like Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads for B2B audiences.
- Basic WordPress skills, including content editing and landing page modifications.
