We are currently seeking an experienced LinkedIn Advertising Specialist who excels in LinkedIn Ads and has a proven track record in B2B advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, increasing brand visibility, and enhancing client engagement through targeted LinkedIn ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
As a LinkedIn Ads Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Plan, create, and execute LinkedIn Ads campaigns specifically tailored for B2B audiences.
- Develop ad strategies that align with client business goals, particularly focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Build targeted ad campaigns through audience segmentation using LinkedIn’s advanced targeting features.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and optimize campaigns accordingly for the best results.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad formats, messages, and targeting strategies.
- Collaboration & Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling ad copy and engaging visuals.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn’s advertising tools and ensure campaigns are aligned with the latest trends and algorithm updates.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Implement retargeting and nurturing strategies to optimize audience engagement.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns, particularly for B2B clients.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn’s targeting options, including job titles, industries, and company sizes.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and conversions in a B2B environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Familiarity with retargeting strategies and nurturing approaches for B2B audiences.
- Ability to strategize and create campaigns for brand awareness as well as lead generation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Insight Tag and analytics for deeper campaign insights.
- Knowledge of integrating LinkedIn campaigns with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Certification in LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is preferred but not required.
- Experience in managing other ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a plus.
