Key Responsibilities

As a Service Delivery Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Client & Market Development:
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the recruitment industry for our IT services and consultancy solutions.
    • Develop and execute strategic business plans that align with the company’s goals to expand market share and attract new clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in recruitment firms, talent acquisition teams, and other relevant industries.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying clients’ needs and providing tailored IT services and consultancy solutions.
  • Service Delivery Excellence:
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., recruitment, marketing, IT, and delivery) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to clients.
    • Track project progress, ensuring smooth implementation and execution while maintaining quality standards.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into revenue-generating contracts.
    • Track and report on sales performance and business development activities to monitor pipeline status.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
    • Identify market gaps, sales opportunities, and new business channels.
  • Client Interaction & Communication:
    • Represent Techpeople247 at industry events, client meetings, and conferences to strengthen client relationships and brand visibility.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, customer satisfaction, and business development progress.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within IT services, consultancy, or the recruitment sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and how IT solutions enhance talent acquisition.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating revenue through strategic business development efforts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills, with experience engaging C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide executive-level support and engage with clients to understand their technology and talent acquisition needs.
