Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant Brand Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Brand Strategy Execution: Support in the development and execution of brand strategies to boost product awareness and market positioning.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity. Utilize insights to refine brand strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across channels and measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Inventory & Merchandising Support: Assist in coordinating inventory and merchandising efforts to maintain product availability and optimize visual brand appeal.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key brand performance metrics and campaign outcomes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to support the brand’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns effectively while tracking performance and providing actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
