AAR Consultant and Immigration Services, a renowned consultancy based in Lahore, is seeking an experienced and motivated IELTS Teacher to join our team. This role will be based on a percentage-based compensation structure. The teacher will be responsible for delivering top-notch IELTS preparation classes to help students achieve their target band scores and realize their dreams of studying abroad.
We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of teaching experience, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work with students of various skill levels to enhance their exam performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct IELTS Preparation Classes
- Deliver engaging classes for all four IELTS modules: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
- Design and implement effective lesson plans and strategies to help students succeed in each module.
- Develop Teaching Materials
- Prepare customized lesson plans and mock tests according to individual student needs.
- Create interactive and engaging lessons, ensuring students understand key concepts and strategies for the IELTS exam.
- Student Progress Monitoring and Feedback
- Track the progress of each student and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze student performance and identify areas of improvement, providing specific guidance to boost their scores.
- Provide Academic Support and Motivation
- Maintain a professional and encouraging learning environment.
- Motivate students, build their confidence, and help them overcome difficulties with exam content.
- Ensure High-Quality Learning
- Offer individualized support to students needing extra attention or guidance.
- Keep up to date with changes to the IELTS exam format and ensure teaching methods are in line with current trends.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, English Language, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of prior experience in teaching IELTS or similar exams.
- Experience with teaching all four modules of the IELTS exam.
- Skills:
- Exceptional English proficiency, with the ability to explain grammar and IELTS strategies clearly.
- Strong teaching skills, able to adapt lesson plans based on student needs.
- Effective analytical and feedback skills for assessing and improving student progress.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students.
- Ability to create a motivating, focused, and structured learning environment.
- Time Management: Ability to stay organized, punctual, and manage multiple students effectively.
Compensation
- Salary is based on a percentage model, with compensation tied to student enrollment and success.
