Responsibilities

As a Manager Business Sales Effectiveness, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to improve business efficiency across various business functions.
  • Synergy Identification: Identify and create sustainable synergies across business functions to foster better collaboration and resource utilization.
  • Business Growth: Identify new business areas and develop strategic initiatives that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to recommend business strategies and plans for sales, marketing, product, and other key areas.
  • Process Improvement: Create and update process documentation, work instructions, and tools to support successful execution of strategic goals.
  • Analytics Platform: Develop an analytics platform to enable optimal resource allocation, tracking, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) across teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships and communication with cross-functional stakeholders to support improvements in business delivery.
  • Workflow Optimization: Develop workflow templates that streamline processes and improve overall business efficiency.
  • Gap Analysis & Policy Development: Conduct ongoing gap analysis of current SOPs and SLAs, and develop relevant policies to address areas for improvement.
  • Impact Analysis: Perform data-driven analytics to measure the impact of initiatives and use outcomes to prioritize projects and resources.
  • Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate quality and efficiency projects to ensure the company adheres to best practices.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in a leadership or sales effectiveness role, with a strong background in sales strategy and process improvement.
  • Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze data, create reports, and communicate findings.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
    • Negotiation and active listening capabilities to engage with stakeholders effectively.
    • Strong ability in data analysis to drive insights and make informed decisions.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
