Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets while promoting Clyra Enterprises’ products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients to ensure their needs are met, improving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Training: Provide regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team to improve their performance, skills, and productivity.
  • Sales Activities Management: Manage and oversee all day-to-day sales activities, ensuring smooth operations and achievement of set goals.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Track sales performance and ensure targets are consistently met, reporting progress and any challenges to senior management.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer service by addressing any queries or concerns, ensuring the best possible customer experience.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or technology-related products/services.
  • Sales Management: Experience in managing sales activities and working toward target-driven goals.
  • Training & Development: Strong experience in conducting sales training and enhancing the effectiveness of sales teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a remote setting.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals effectively.
  • Customer Service: A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Self-Motivated: The ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
