Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring. Your key duties will include:

  • Full Life-cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and promote employer branding strategies to position Unisoftwares Pakistan as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
  • Job Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and the best talent acquisition strategies.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies for various roles, ensuring efficient hiring processes that align with company growth goals.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using various channels like job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking events, and tech-specific platforms.
  • Interviewing: Conduct detailed and thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit for the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and HR teams to define recruitment needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records on candidates, track key metrics in the recruitment process, and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, best practices, and consistency in hiring practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-life cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
    • Experience in employer branding, talent sourcing, and managing multiple recruitment projects.
    • Experience working in the tech industry is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, HRIS systems, and LinkedIn for sourcing.
    • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills with the ability to evaluate both technical and soft skills.
    • Ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies and deliver effective hiring solutions.
  • Personal Traits:
    • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented approach to meeting recruitment targets.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
