Responsibilities
As a Business Development Officer, your core duties will include:
- Developing and implementing growth strategies to drive business expansion.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (experience in real estate will be a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and partners effectively.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data, identify market trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales/marketing tools.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed business targets and KPIs.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings, when required (discuss during the interview).
