This pivotal role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic and conversions, providing strategic insights and helping our clients achieve superior ROI.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will work with affiliate partners and internal teams, utilizing advanced digital marketing tools and strategies, such as PPC, SEO, and affiliate marketing. Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Marketing Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Track affiliate performance metrics like conversion rates, ROI, and sales to optimize campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Campaign Analysis: Use analytical tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Data Studio to track and evaluate the performance of PPC and affiliate marketing campaigns. Adjust strategies based on performance data to enhance results.
  • Develop PPC Campaigns: Plan and execute paid campaigns across search, display, and programmatic platforms (including Pmax). Optimize and monitor the performance of these campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of all digital marketing efforts. Regularly present actionable insights based on data analysis to senior management and clients.
  • Strategic Insights: Develop insights from data analysis that lead to optimized digital marketing strategies and overall campaign improvements.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on digital media trends to adapt and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, senior managers, and external partners to ensure alignment on campaign goals and performance.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in PPC and affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Tools Expertise: Proficient in using analytical and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, paid search, SEO, and display advertising.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently to meet goals and deadlines.
