We are looking for a proactive Team Leader Operations in Gujranwala to oversee day-to-day operations, improve processes, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth logistics and courier activities.
  • Lead and motivate a team, monitoring their performance and providing necessary training or coaching for improvement.
  • Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, complaints, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Utilize analytical skills to assess operational bottlenecks and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare performance reports and operational updates for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory guidelines in logistics operations.
  • Manage priorities under pressure and resolve operational challenges effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Operations Management or similar roles within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead a team efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and implement improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and clients effectively.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
