We are seeking a Talented and Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at i2c Inc.. This position is for the night shift (6 PM to 2 AM Pakistan Time), supporting the recruitment efforts aligned with the US business hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various job functions. Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on the following key areas:
1. Full Recruitment Life Cycle Management
- Source, attract, and hire candidates for various job openings.
- Drive the recruitment process from job posting and initial screenings to final selection.
- Develop a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates by utilizing various recruitment channels, including job boards, job fairs, and campus recruitment events.
2. Job Posting and Sourcing
- Post job openings on career websites and other relevant portals.
- Screen CVs, conduct HR assessments, and organize initial interviews with candidates.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of job requirements and human resource needs.
3. Recruitment Strategy and Employer Branding
- Collaborate with teams to create and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Assist with employer branding campaigns in coordination with marketing and communication teams to promote i2c Inc. as an employer of choice.
4. Interview Coordination and Candidate Selection
- Schedule and facilitate interviews for hiring managers, ensuring efficient coordination across departments.
- Conduct reference and background checks for short-listed candidates.
- Assist candidates through the entire recruitment process, providing clear communication at every step.
5. HR Operations Support
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment logs.
- Report periodic recruitment updates and progress to the stakeholders.
- Organize HR events, including internal team-building and external recruitment drives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with the following experience and qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong working knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and final selection.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, especially under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and manage recruitment efforts effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Experience using MS Office tools; familiarity with data analysis and spreadsheets would be an added advantage.
