Adex Soft Solutions is a leading technology firm specializing in innovative software solutions for eCommerce and the telecom industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated and technically skilled L1 Support Analyst to join our team in Lahore, Punjab. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting within a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Operations: Provide first-level support for production systems in eCommerce and telecom applications.
- System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor systems and resolve production issues with basic SQL/PLSQL, Unix commands, and XML log parsing.
- Headless eCommerce Support: Deliver specialized support for headless eCommerce platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and resolve user concerns efficiently.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and escalate issues as necessary to minimize downtime and ensure resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for future reference.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in system production support roles.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL/PLSQL and Unix systems.
- Familiarity with XML and log file parsing for error identification.
- Experience in the telecom domain and headless eCommerce platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with monitoring and troubleshooting production systems in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and backend support systems.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and standards is a plus.
