We are currently seeking a dedicated and technically skilled L1 Support Analyst to join our team in Lahore, Punjab. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting within a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Operations: Provide first-level support for production systems in eCommerce and telecom applications.
  • System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor systems and resolve production issues with basic SQL/PLSQL, Unix commands, and XML log parsing.
  • Headless eCommerce Support: Deliver specialized support for headless eCommerce platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and resolve user concerns efficiently.
  • Incident Management: Log, track, and escalate issues as necessary to minimize downtime and ensure resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for future reference.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in system production support roles.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL/PLSQL and Unix systems.
  • Familiarity with XML and log file parsing for error identification.
  • Experience in the telecom domain and headless eCommerce platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with monitoring and troubleshooting production systems in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and backend support systems.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and standards is a plus.
