Key Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and optimize IT systems, including networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor IT staff to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity.
- Development Support: Collaborate with development teams on application and system development projects.
- Security and Compliance: Maintain robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical support to address and resolve IT issues efficiently.
- Automation and DevOps Practices: Implement automation tools and DevOps methodologies to streamline IT operations.
- Software Development Involvement: Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track system performance and generate detailed reports to guide improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management and software development roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Expertise in IT systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and server management.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and network administration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Network+.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices like TDD and CI/CD.
