Responsibilities

As a Technical Recruiter at Huffaz Technology, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and sourcing highly skilled candidates for technical and non-technical roles through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring plans.
  • Conducting candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Creating, updating, and optimizing job postings to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Staying updated with the latest recruitment trends and leveraging innovative strategies to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing recruitment metrics to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment or a similar role, ideally within a tech-focused organization.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess technical skills and match candidates to appropriate roles.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and technical jargon.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • (Additional certifications in recruitment, such as SHRM, are a plus.)
