We are seeking a full-time, on-site Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team for the Gandhara Dynamics Project in Fateh Jang. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to our mission of completing high-impact engineering projects.
Responsibilities
As a Planning Engineer, your primary duties will include:
- Developing time schedules and budgets based on project specifications.
- Observing workflows and analyzing staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Tracking project progress, preparing reports, and presenting them to stakeholders.
- Scheduling and attending meetings to discuss project updates and challenges.
- Delegating tasks, providing actionable feedback, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Interpreting technical drawings to prepare material and cost estimates.
- Ensuring strict adherence to contract requirements, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Communicating effectively with project managers, team members, suppliers, and contractors.
- Leading project planning using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including surveyors, supervisors, and engineers, to meet project goals.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in project planning and management.
- Hands-on expertise with Primavera P6 and MS Project software.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and planning abilities.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
