THE CONSTECH is a leading construction and architecture firm based in Lahore, Punjab, and is looking for a dedicated Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Drawing Creation: Develop detailed architectural and construction drawings based on design plans provided by architects or senior planners.
- Planning and Development: Assist in the preparation and refinement of architectural plans and project blueprints for construction.
- Design Support: Support the creation of layouts and conceptual design drawings.
- Construction Drawings: Produce accurate, clear, and technically sound construction drawings suitable for use in building projects.
- Collaboration with Architects & Engineers: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and regulations.
- Site Visits and Measurements: Conduct site visits when necessary to verify architectural and design details in alignment with the construction process.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Diploma of Associate Engineer (Architecture) or equivalent certification in architectural design or drafting.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in using architectural software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Drawing and Design Skills: Proficient in architectural drawing, including the ability to produce detailed plans and construction diagrams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to accuracy and detail when producing architectural drawings.
- Experience: Previous experience in architecture, planning, or drafting in a construction or design firm is preferred.
- Teamwork & Communication: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and project stakeholders.
