We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager with a background in calibration to join our team. In this role, you will oversee technical operations, manage teams, ensure quality compliance, and drive R&D and project management activities related to calibration and inspection services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance and support for successful project execution.
  • Calibration and Testing: Oversee calibration and testing activities, ensuring accurate and efficient calibration processes and compliance with industry standards.
  • R&D and Process Improvement: Conduct research and development to innovate and improve calibration methodologies, as well as develop new service offerings.
  • Project Management: Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within the specified budget.
  • Technical Support and Consultation: Provide expert technical support to clients, addressing complex issues related to calibration and testing processes.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, conducting regular audits and supporting quality control initiatives within the organization.
  • Safety Oversight: Ensure that all technical processes comply with safety regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Strong background in calibration services with demonstrated leadership and technical management experience.
  • ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Audit Experience: Proven experience in conducting audits related to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of calibration processes and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications in related areas will be an added advantage.
