We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Avenue One Square, Lahore. This on-site, full-time role offers a great opportunity for individuals who have a strong passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and providing necessary training and support to enhance the performance of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored product and service recommendations.
- Sales Growth: Actively drive sales to meet and exceed company targets through upselling, cross-selling, and effective customer interactions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customers are satisfied and retained.
- Sales Training: Train new and existing sales personnel on best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and share insights for achieving individual and team goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the products/services offered, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, sales management, or a related field.
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to foster customer relationships.
- Training Expertise: Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar sales role is preferred.
- Sales Targets: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
