We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Google Ads Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for driving measurable results and increasing the return on investment (ROI) for the company and its clients through effective digital advertising strategies. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for various clients to drive relevant traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
- Design and implement strategic ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, and other platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify growth opportunities and continuously refine ad targeting strategies.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and targeting methods to optimize campaign performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates) and generate actionable insights.
- Use Google Analytics and other data tools to track the performance and make adjustments to improve results.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Strategy Development
- Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copies and relevant landing pages.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding ad strategies, bidding, and audience segmentation.
- Stay updated with Google Ads trends, new features, and best practices to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace.
Client Relationship Management
- Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing insights, discussing campaign strategies, and setting clear expectations regarding performance.
- Ensure clients’ business goals are met through proactive ad management and continuous optimization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management with a solid understanding of campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics platforms.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions for campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of paid search strategies, keyword research, PPC management, and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Certifications: Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
