Responsibilities

The Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in managing and converting leads while collaborating with marketing and media teams. Core responsibilities include:

  • Lead Management:
    • Monitor and respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and categorize them based on urgency and interest level.
    • Maintain an updated follow-up list to ensure timely outreach.
  • Client Communication:
    • Conduct follow-up calls and messages to nurture leads and guide them through the sales process.
    • Document all interactions in a CRM or follow-up system for tracking and reporting purposes.
    • Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaboration with Media Agency:
    • Work closely with our media agency to align social media strategies with business goals.
    • Share feedback on campaign performance and optimize ad content based on client insights.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Track and report metrics such as lead conversion rates, response times, and engagement levels.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on lead statuses and campaign outcomes.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Organize and maintain a comprehensive lead database.
    • Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings and demonstrations when needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with the following qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Proven experience in social media management, lead generation, or sales coordination.
    • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and social media management platforms.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
