DWP Group is looking for a talented and experienced Deputy Manager Sales to join our LCAC division. This is a dynamic role requiring an individual with strong sales leadership abilities, who can drive the division’s revenue goals, manage a diverse team, and contribute to the company’s strategic vision. The ideal candidate will have an established record in corporate sales, with expertise in building long-term relationships and achieving growth targets in competitive markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies for the LCAC division to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct detailed market research to discover new business opportunities, monitor customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and industry connections to identify new sales prospects and drive business development.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term, high-value relationships with key accounts to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing them with guidance, training, and support to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase LCAC products and services, close deals effectively, and resolve client objections and concerns professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Work with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability for timely sales and product demonstrations.
  • Industry Representation: Represent DWP Group at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to increase brand visibility and gather insights.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (such as product development, marketing, and customer support) to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and insights for senior management to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback, looking for trends and actionable insights to enhance the sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5+ years of corporate sales experience, preferably in the LCAC or related technology industries.
    • At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating success in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Experience with CRM software and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong understanding of LCAC products, market trends, and related technologies.
    • Team management skills and ability to lead by example.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Industry knowledge of LCAC products and services.
    • Expertise in sales forecasting and strategic business planning.
