As a WordPress Full Stack Developer at TecSpine, you will develop and maintain responsive and functional websites that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with designers and project managers to ensure that designs are effectively implemented with attention to UI/UX requirements and website performance. Your role will also involve debugging, troubleshooting, and keeping up to date with the latest WordPress trends and tools.
Responsibilities
- WordPress Development: Build and maintain WordPress websites using page builders like Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and custom code where needed.
- Convert Design Mockups: Transform design files and mockups into responsive and functional HTML and WordPress sites.
- Customize Themes & Plugins: Modify and optimize themes, plugins, and other WordPress elements to meet specific project needs.
- Ensure Performance: Optimize websites for better speed, SEO, and user experience while maintaining performance.
- UI/UX Feasibility: Ensure technical feasibility in implementing user interfaces and designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, project managers, and fellow developers to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Debugging and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with websites to ensure smooth functionality across all devices.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed of the latest trends in WordPress development and emerging technologies to consistently improve skills.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress full-stack development with hands-on expertise in working with Elementor, Divi, and WPBakery page builders.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Ability to convert mockups into clean, fully functional websites.
- Proficiency in theme and plugin customization.
- Familiarity with popular WordPress tools and plugins.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to maintain focus on detail while adhering to project requirements.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide solutions quickly.
- Project Management: Capacity to handle multiple projects with excellent organizational skills.
- Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with other page builders and WordPress tools is a plus.
