Greeka.com is looking for talented Full Stack Developers to join our development team. This is a full-time remote position. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for both backend and frontend development using modern technologies such as Node.js, Nest.js, React.js, and Next.js. You will develop and maintain APIs, implement complex UI/UX designs, and optimize backend systems to enhance performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Backend Development: Develop and maintain the server-side logic of our website and web applications using Node.js and Nest.js frameworks.
  • Frontend Development: Implement UI/UX changes and features using the latest frontend frameworks, such as React.js and Next.js.
  • API Development & Integration: Design and implement your own APIs or integrate third-party APIs into both frontend and backend applications.
  • Optimizing Performance: Optimize backend systems and troubleshoot to ensure smooth performance.
  • Collaboration & Problem-solving: Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality applications while ensuring efficient and scalable code.

Qualifications

  • Strong Proficiency in Backend Technologies: Experience in Node.js and server-side JavaScript development.
  • Proficiency in Frontend Technologies: Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and Redux (AngularJS experience is also a plus).
  • Web Framework Experience: Familiarity with Nest.js, Fastify, or similar frameworks for web development.
  • API Development: Experience in REST and SOAP API design and development.
  • Travel Industry Knowledge: Experience with travel services and their APIs will be highly regarded.
  • Microservices Approach: Proven experience in a microservices architecture.
  • Message Brokers: Familiarity with AMQPs like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar tools.
  • Database Management: Strong knowledge of MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
  • Version Control Systems: Proficient in using Git for version control.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and within a team.
