BAT Digital Business Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will involve developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent for the business. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to interview scheduling and onboarding. Your contribution will drive the end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), hiring managers, and Global Business Services to execute recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process: tracking candidates, first-line screening, interview scheduling, and providing hiring managers with a smooth experience.
  • Source candidates through multiple platforms, focusing on a proactive approach to both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain an internal database of talent pools to ensure we have access to a pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Resolve queries related to recruitment processes, policies, or procedures.
  • Manage recruitment technology solutions across multiple modules in line with HR guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and organizational metrics related to the recruitment process.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment.
    • Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage various recruitment projects simultaneously.
    • Customer-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
