Key Responsibilities
- Sales Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination between sales and other teams, managing the sales pipeline and scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, addressing client issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day sales activities, including processing orders, maintaining sales records, and generating sales reports.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant documentation. Prepare regular sales reports.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals and presentations for clients.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong skills in sales coordination and sales operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear communication across teams and with clients.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience: Experience in sales coordination or a related role is a plus. Experience in the software development or technology industry would be an advantage.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
