CrewBloom is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, prospecting new business opportunities, and driving growth in the IT/SaaS sector. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, educating them about our services and identifying their needs. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify new lead prospects through internet research, social media, and other resources.
- Conduct cold calling and warm calling to potential clients, gathering information to generate new business.
- Manage outbound sales activities using various tools and platforms, including email, phone calls, and social outreach.
- Develop and implement multi-channel outreach strategies to engage prospects and introduce our services.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build rapport and engage with potential customers, creating emotional connections and identifying their business needs.
- Conduct consultative sales calls, presenting our services in an effective and clear manner, while addressing objections.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of CrewBloom’s services and how they solve business challenges for potential clients.
- Collaboration with Sales Team
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Team with key decision-makers, including Managers, Directors, and C-Level Executives.
- Document all outreach activities, maintaining accurate records of calls, meetings, and notes.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Sales Pipeline Development
- Respond to all inbound leads promptly and qualify them for further engagement.
- Assist the sales team with the integration of new opportunities, updating records and communicating important information.
- Contribute to content development for customer education and brand promotion.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Document your daily outreach activities and outcomes, ensuring all actions are logged in CRM platforms.
- Use CRM tools to track progress, customer interactions, and overall sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 1 year of solid experience in outbound B2B sales and business development, preferably in the IT/SaaS sector.
- Exceptional phone skills, with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and effectively manage objections.
- Strong consultative sales abilities with experience qualifying leads and guiding prospects through the sales process.
- High energy, persistence, and motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and compellingly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently while being an effective collaborator in a remote, cross-functional team setting (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel and comfortable working with CRM systems (previous CRM experience preferred).

- At least 15mbps main internet speed (with at least 10mbps backup for reliability).
- A desktop or laptop with an i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and an i3 processor for backup devices.
- A webcam for virtual meetings.
- Noise-canceling USB headset for clear communication.
- A dedicated, quiet home office setup.
- Smartphone for business communication.
