Key Responsibilities

User-Centered Design:
- Develop user-focused designs by understanding business needs, user feedback, and research findings.
Design Creation:
- Produce wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to translate interaction and design ideas.
Interface Design:
- Design responsive, visually appealing, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring they are both user-friendly and engaging.
User Testing:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and refine design decisions.
Design System Management:
- Maintain and enhance the design system, ensuring design consistency across the entire platform.
Collaborative Work:
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce visually compelling digital assets for promotional purposes, including social media graphics and advertisements.
Stay Current:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.

Qualifications

Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Graphic and UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and creativity.
Design Tools:
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, or other similar design tools.
Design Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and industry best practices.
Responsive Design:
- Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design approaches for web and mobile platforms.
SaaS Design Experience:
- Experience with designing for SaaS platforms is a plus.
Attention to Detail:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is preferred.
Educational Design:
- Experience designing educational materials or e-learning content is highly beneficial.
