Key Responsibilities
Client Success Operations
- Develop objectives and strategies to enhance client success activities.
- Analyze client success data to identify trends and optimize resources for efficiency and satisfaction.
- Conduct effective resource planning for people and technology to maximize productivity.
- Take ownership of preparing reports for different departments and upper management.
Team Support and Leadership
- Ensure team members meet service standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide training and coaching to staff to uphold high-quality customer service.
- Communicate company policies, procedures, and best practices effectively to representatives.
Customer Interaction and Process Improvement
- Monitor and improve customer interactions, including ordering, telephone handling, and other processes.
- Evaluate performance using metrics such as accuracy and call-waiting time.
- Take on additional tasks to support team and client operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Budgeting and Financial Analysis
- Assume responsibility for budgeting, tracking expenses, and performing financial analyses such as cost-effectiveness evaluations.
Qualifications
Education and Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; advanced degrees are an advantage.
- Certified Customer Success Manager (e.g., CCSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory or client management experience in a call center or similar environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and call center software/equipment.
- Strong understanding of customer service metrics and performance evaluation.
- Solid skills in reporting, budgeting, and basic financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude with patience and problem-solving abilities.
