TheHexaTown is seeking an experienced and certified Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of innovative solutions that align with customer needs and business goals. As a Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between stakeholders and the Agile development team, ensuring the delivery of high-value products through effective backlog management, user story creation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to align with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather and refine requirements.
Create, review, and maintain user stories with detailed acceptance criteria to guide the development team effectively.

Agile Practices

Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure smooth and efficient sprint cycles.

Data-Driven Insights

Analyze and utilize metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions, monitor KPIs, and enhance product effectiveness.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and user personas to maintain a competitive edge and meet market demands.

Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their vision is translated into actionable plans.
Provide regular updates and demonstrations of product progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education and Certifications

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.

Experience

5-10 years of experience in product management with a focus on enterprise-level products.
At least 3 years of experience in an Agile environment, including frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.

Skills

Proven ability to translate high-level ideas into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Strong understanding of the industry, user personas, and the competitive landscape relevant to the product.
Proficiency in data analytics and using metrics for decision-making.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
