As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, engaging with customers, and supporting the growth of the company. You will play a key role in communicating effectively with potential and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. You will also be expected to train and guide new sales representatives to align with the company’s goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and build long-term relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through active lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new sales staff, providing guidance on sales techniques and company products.
  • Conduct regular sales presentations, product demonstrations, and product training sessions for clients.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, sales, and opportunities using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Prepare sales reports and perform regular sales reviews with management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or sales management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in customer service and relationship-building.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales software.
  • Training experience or interest in training others is highly desirable.
