As an E-Commerce Executive at Cresset Technology, you will play a critical role in managing customer relationships and ensuring smooth E-commerce operations. You will act as the primary liaison between the brand and the customer, overseeing everything from order placement to delivery. You will be responsible for facilitating seamless coordination across various departments like warehouse, logistics, and the brands team, driving effective strategies, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the brand, ensuring effective communication and relationship building.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to process order pickups, deliveries, and payment collection.
- Collaborate with the brand’s teams (advertising, creative, and social media) to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Provide daily reporting on all orders placed, including any discrepancies or issues that need to be addressed.
- Prepare a Daily Sales Report to track sales activities and key performance metrics.
- Follow up on leads effectively and ensure all customer inquiries on digital platforms are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded and stored in the system for future reference.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues, ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an E-commerce or customer service role, preferably with a focus on digital platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management and handling customer inquiries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desired Skills:
- Basic understanding of sales data reporting and metrics.
- Experience in working with warehouse and logistics teams is a plus.
- Knowledge of tools used in E-commerce operations (e.g., order management systems, CRMs).
