We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design: Lead design efforts for web and mobile applications, focusing on user-centric design and engaging user experiences.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to define and refine design solutions based on user needs.
Research: Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to guide design decisions and improve usability.
Prototyping: Develop prototypes to validate design concepts and present design solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Design Systems: Maintain and develop design systems to ensure consistency across all design touchpoints.
Creativity: Contribute fresh, creative ideas to design projects and actively seek innovative solutions for better usability.

Requirements

Education: Graduation in Design, Fine Arts, IT, or a related field.
Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a proven portfolio showcasing strong design expertise.
Tools Proficiency: Proficient in design tools, especially Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
Teamwork: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal design outcomes.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to think critically, analyze user problems, and create effective and user-centered solutions.
