Responsibilities:

As the Social Media & Design Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Creating Engaging Visual Content: You will design eye-catching graphics and videos that resonate with our audience on various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  2. Social Media Management: You will assist in scheduling posts, maintaining a consistent content calendar, and interacting with our audience to build a strong online presence.
  3. Performance Analysis: You will track the performance of our social media campaigns, helping us understand what works best and suggesting ways to improve engagement.
  4. Trend Monitoring: Staying updated with the latest social media trends and design styles to ensure our content is fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
  5. Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team, you will help brainstorm ideas, strategize campaigns, and ensure that our digital content aligns with the overall goals of DCC Developers.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a creative and proactive individual who meets the following qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: You should have assistant-level proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to create visually stunning graphics and videos.
  2. Social Media Knowledge: A solid understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others is crucial to effectively design and manage content.
  3. Creativity and Attention to Detail: You should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing content that stands out.
  4. Strong Communication Skills: You will need to work with various teams and communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  5. Teamwork: Collaboration is key! You must be comfortable working as part of a team and be open to constructive feedback.
