This role will allow you to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex web applications, as well as contribute to the architecture of cutting-edge products. Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Maintain Applications: Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code to build and support web applications and features.
  • Software Architecture & Design: Lead development and support for applications, database integration, user interfaces, and enhancements for existing functionality.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet business goals and comply with industry standards.
  • Implement RESTful APIs: Develop APIs to integrate with external systems, enabling better data communication and functionality between services.
  • Agile Development: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprints, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Code & Design Reviews: Contribute to code reviews, ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and meet performance standards.
  • Database Management: Use relational databases (such as PostgreSQL and MySQL) with strong SQL knowledge to manage and integrate data.
  • Mentor Junior Developers: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers, helping them improve their coding skills and best practices.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and integrate them to improve product offerings.
  • Client Interaction: Offer technical guidance to clients, helping them better understand our solutions and contributing to their long-term success.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in web development using Python and Django.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
    • Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL.
    • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party systems.
    • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Development Methodologies: Experience working within Agile or Scrum software development practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an ability to design elegant and efficient solutions to complex problems.
  • Learning Agility: A passion for learning new technologies and adapting to changing development trends.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
