Kamayi is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join its dynamic performance media team. This individual will be a highly skilled paid media expert with a strong track record of optimising performance media campaigns across digital platforms. As part of the team, the ideal candidate will bring expertise in driving data-driven marketing strategies and innovative campaign management, ensuring that campaigns consistently deliver impactful results. You will work closely with the business teams to develop, implement, and refine strategies to align with Kamayi’s overarching goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Media Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven performance media strategies tailored to Kamayi’s business goals, targeting appropriate customer profiles across platforms.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and continuously optimise paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, display networks, and others.
- Research & Analysis: Perform in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to shape campaign targeting and strategy.
- Campaign Optimisation: Regularly monitor and assess campaign performance, using advanced analytics tools to analyse key metrics, interpret data, and derive insights that help optimise results.
- A/B Testing: Lead A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing page performance to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage ad budgets, ensuring the optimal allocation for maximum return on investment (ROI) and cost-efficiency across all campaigns.
- Innovation & Trend Adoption: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, emerging technologies, and new advertising avenues to expand the scope of performance media efforts.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Stay informed about changes in digital marketing regulations, privacy concerns, and advertising best practices to ensure campaigns are compliant and ethical.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency with a strong focus on performance media strategies and paid advertising.
- Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other major digital advertising platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for campaign optimisation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strategic and innovative approach to digital marketing.
- Certifications: Google Ads certifications and other relevant advertising certifications are an advantage.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and broader digital marketing channels is beneficial.
