Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Market Research

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging business opportunities and assess market trends.
  • Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach, networking, and research.
  • Identify potential clients and build a pipeline of business prospects.

Sales and Client Engagement

  • Utilize analytical skills to understand client needs and present tailored business solutions.
  • Engage and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Assist in developing and executing business strategies aimed at increasing revenue and expanding the client base.

Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and customer service initiatives.
  • Share insights and collaborate on business growth opportunities to help expand the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales in a relevant industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct in-depth market research.
    • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships.
    • Capability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
    • Effective time management and organizational skills.
