eGeeks Global is a fast-growing organization seeking enthusiastic and motivated HR and Recruitment Interns to join our team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and recruitment processes while working in a collaborative, professional environment. We are offering 4 internship positions with the potential for career advancement based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Support HR team activities such as drafting job descriptions, communicating with potential candidates, and promoting vacancies across various platforms.
- Participate in recruitment campaigns and hiring events.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures (if required).
- Handle administrative tasks associated with HR and recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a reputable university (e.g., NUST, FAST, SZABIST, COMSATS, Bahria University, Air University).
- Passion for human resources and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other common workplace tools.
