In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our valued clients, providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service. You will work remotely and help to enhance the customer experience by resolving inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.


Responsibilities

As a Customer Service VA, you will:

  • Provide Exceptional Service: Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively across phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfactory solutions are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Personalized Support: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored assistance, building rapport and trust.
  • Gather and Report Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to identify service improvements and report key insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborative Work Environment: Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to fostering a positive, efficient workplace culture.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Technical Tools: Familiarity with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred).
  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain a calm demeanor and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, eCommerce platforms, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.

Internet Requirements

  • Internet Speed: Personal PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps (both upload and download speed).
  • Backup Internet: A backup connection of 10 Mbps required upon hiring for a stable work setup.
