We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a contract and commission basis. This remote position is ideal for individuals with a knack for sourcing and engaging with professionals and experts.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Generation Specialist, your tasks will include:

Sending professional emails via Zoho to experts and clients.
Messaging potential candidates on LinkedIn to foster connections.
Reviewing and sourcing expert profiles tailored to client projects.
Ensuring experts complete screening or introductory requirements.
Submitting experts for client consideration and managing the process until bookings are completed.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

Experience: 0–2 years of lead generation or recruitment experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
LinkedIn: An active LinkedIn profile with at least 200+ connections.
Availability: Ability to focus on this role (not suitable for full-time employees or current students).
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Compensation Details

Your earnings will be based on credits and submissions:

Credits

$80 per credit, earned when:
- You source and sign up an expert.
- The expert completes the required screening or introductory steps.
- The expert is submitted to a client and completes a 60-minute call with them.

Submissions

$3 per expert submission, earned for each expert who:
- Signs up on our platform.
- Completes screening questions and is submitted for client consideration.

Earnings Example

10 Credits = $800 (10 × $80)
30 Submissions = $90 (30 × $3)
Total Potential Earnings: $890
